Larry Beverungen Home Inspections Inc. has been providing inspection services to buyers and sellers since 1993. All inspections are performed by the owner, Larry Beverungen, who has performed over 5,000 inspections.  The report is in digital format and contains many photographs and extensive narative descriptions of all elements of the property. The report is e-mailed to the client as a PDF within 24 hours of the inspection.

Larry has been involved in residential and commercial construction, design and inspections for over 30 years. He has extensive experience with old homes, having restored and lived in four historic properties as well as renovating numerous old and historic properties throughout Baltimore, Ellicott City etc. He is a member of ASHI (www.ashi.com) and is licensed by the state of MD (Lic. #29366).

He graduated from Mt. St. Joseph High School in Baltimore and recieved a BS degree in American Studies from UMBC. Since graduating from college he has completed many courses and obtained numerous certifications in many areas of professional interest including historic restoration standards, energy efficient construction, residential safety issues etc.
